ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 11.09.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.20433 of 2024, wherein, this Court has directed the disbursement of the terminal benefits.

2. In compliance with the order of this Court, proceedings have been issued, disbursing the terminal benefits to a tune of about Rs.14,31,661/-. However, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a lesser amount has been disbursed.
