DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal having come up for final hearing on Tuesday, the Eighth Day of March, Two Thousand and Twenty Two, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the award of the Tribunal and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the Appellants and of Mr.S.ARUNACHALAM, Advocate for the Respondent, having stood for consideration till this day this Court while modifying the award of the Tribunal and partly allowing the appeal, doth order and decree as follows:-
