ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.823 of 2020, which was registered for the offences punishable under Section 3 (2) (a), 4 (1), 4 (2) (c) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and Section 270 of IPC, on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pudukottai and the same has also been taken on file in STC.No.498 of 2021, which was posted to 11.11.2021 for appearance of the accused. Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the matter has now become infructuous.
