This petition is filed to restore the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in CMP(MD)NO.7379 1/3

of 2024 in CMA(MD)SR NO.72984 of 2022, which was dismissed for non appearance on 16.07.2024, passed by this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to this Court.

4.The Registry is directed to restore the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and post the case on 10.06.2025.
