ORDER

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from acquiring and dispossessing the petitioner from the land situated in S.No.74/7A2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of Kottaiyur Village Group, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District without following Sec. 137 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994.

2. Today, it is represented that as per the orders of this Court, dated 16.10.2016, the Surveyor already measured the land in question, in the presence of the petitioner and the neighbouring owners. But, according to the petitioner during survey it is found that two cents of land is not available as per the revenue records.

3. Since the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has already been complied with, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition. If at all the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the extent of land available, the remedy available to him is to approach the appropriate forum and it cannot be decided in this W.P.

4. In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
