When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf the respondents would produce a copy of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent / the Revenue Divisional Officer, Karur, in Na.Ka.No.A2/4287/2020, dated 07.01.2021 and submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been answered by the 2nd respondent vide the said proceedings.

2.In view of the prayer of the petitioner having been answered by the 2nd respondent, nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
