ORDER
The revision petitioner herein is the respondent in S.A.No.501 of 2017 pending on the file of Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai.
2. The respondents herein filed S.A.No.501 of 2017 before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, challenging the sale notice dated 23.11.2017 issued by the Bank, who is the revision petitioner herein.
3. Since the said appeal in S.A.No.501 of 2017 is pending from the year 2017, the revision petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that challenging the sale notice dated 23.11.2017 issued by the revision petitioner Bank, the appeal in S.A.No.501 of 2017 has been filed by the respondents herein before the Debt Recovery https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRP(MD)No.1530 of 2019 Tribunal, Madurai, in the year 2017 itself. Though the said appeal was adjourned for several times, for arguments on the side of respondents herein, the respondents have not turned up for submitting their arguments. So, the trial Court permitted the revision petitioner to submit their arguments. The revision petitioner also completed their arguments. However, the respondents, in order to drag on the proceedings, have not come forward to submit their arguments till date. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to dispose of S.A.No.501 of 2017.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Court directs the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to dispose of S.A.No.501 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
