ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.670 of 2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380 and 506(i) IPC on 06.07.2021.

2.Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of two months, no progress has been made. Anticipatory bail application filed by the accused before the Principal District Court, Madurai was dismissed on 10.08.2021. After dismissal of the above application, no steps have been taken by the respondent to secure the accused person.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is under progress and final report will be filed before the concerned Court shortly.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15238 of 2021 direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing of the final report, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
