ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the false complaint given by the 4th respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the original petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner in CSR No.223 of 2020 dated 30.11.2020, enquiry was conducted and the 4th respondent has given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15090 of 2020 an undertaking that he will not disturb the petitioner, based on which, the enquiry was closed. Now, the petitioner has come forward with a fresh representation dated 07.12.2020, for the same issue.

4.According to the respondents, there is no compliant by the 4th respondent.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed.
