PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.87/2021, pending on the file of the eighth respondent police to any other independent agency or C.B.C.I.D Officer under 1/3

the direct supervision of the respondents 4 and 5 and further to file the final report in the said case within a reasonable time period to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.87/2021, pending on the file of the eighth respondent police to any other independent agency or C.B.C.I.D Officer under the direct supervision of the respondents 4 and 5 and further to file the final report in the said case. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police had filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamudhi and the same has not been taken on file.

3.Therefore, there is no investigation is pending on the file of the eighth respondent. The criminal original petition is dismissed.
