O R D E R
This petition has filed by the petitioner direct the respondent police to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2024 in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the enquiry was closed since the dispute is civil in nature. They have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner and the third respondent has also denied the alleged harassment and already conducted an enquiry based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent and the same Page No. 2 of 4
was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the same and recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed.
