2.Anthonyammal ..Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for all the connected and relevant records relating to the order, dated 24.08.2021 passed by the State Human Rights Commission, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, in S.H.R.C.Case No.214 of 2018 and quash the same and consequently, allow the petition filed in S.H.R.C.Case No.214 of 2018 before the State Human Rights Commission, Tamil Nadu, Chennai.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] The petitioner says that a complaint lodged before the State Human Rights Commission was not dealt with in an appropriate manner.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has a dispute with a private party but the second respondent herein has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

W.P.(MD)No.19131 of 2021 purported to take up cudgels on behalf of such private party. It is the petitioner's allegation that the petitioner was beaten up by or at the behest of the second respondent. 3.It is evident that the petitioner made a complaint to the State Human Rights Commission. The Commission discussed the matter in great detail but found that there was no evidence in support of the petitioner's contention that the petitioner had been beaten up or beaten up brutally by or at the behest of the second respondent.

4.Since the material before the Commission was duly considered and relevant considerations were taken into account in the detailed discussion in the impugned order, the order does not call for any interference.

5.W.P.(MD)No.19131 of 2021 is disposed of by leaving the petitioner free to pursue any other remedy that may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

There will be no order as to costs.
