2. Service is complete on R1 and the description printed in the cause list.
However, none appears for R1.
3. Hence, and for the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying the Miscellaneous Petitions, the delay of 100 days in filing the Writ Appeals is condoned and the Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeals, if they are otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The names of the learned counsel, who entered appearance now, and the description of R1 will continue in the cause list as and when the matter is listed.
