Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.124 of 2019 and file Final Report in accordance with law. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the FIR in Crime No.124 of 2019 is pending from the year 2019 onwards, without filing the final report till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) prays three months time for filing Final Report.

5. Considering the submission, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the Final Report in Crime No.124 of 2019, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
