ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner based on the false complaints of the third respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner herein is an accused in crime No.20 of 2015 and as of now, investigation completed and final report filed in C.C.No.73 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Sivagangai and the petitioner herein arrayed as A2. He would further submit that the second respondent police called the petitioner to serve Court summon and there is no harassment.
