ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to register of petitioner's name as the cultivating tenant in the encumbrance certificate to the land in survey No.50/6, 51/1 52/5, 321/1 and 322 to an extent of 8.39 acres situated at Mannadimangalam Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2024 within a stipulated time.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2024 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed.
