2.The petitioner states that he is possession and enjoyment of the petition mentioned land for several years. He also said to have put up a house thereon. He seeks issuance of patta.

3.The third respondent is directed to enquire on the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
