ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the first respondent to take necessary action against the respondents 4 and 5 based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 27.08.2018.

2. Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. In view of the limited scope of the relief sought for in the present writ petition by the petitioner and no adverse order is going to be passed in the present writ petition against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with.
3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4. According to the petitioner, while he was working as Graduate English Teacher in Government Higher Secondary School, the respondents 4 & 5 gave false complaint against the petitioner and the fifth respondent insulted the petitioner and tortured in number of ways. The petitioner gave complaint, dated 27.08.2018 to the first respondent against the respondents 4 and 5. On the complaint given by the respondents 4 and 5, the petitioner was transferred on deputation to Irumeni Government Higher Secondary School. The first respondent has not taken any action on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 27.08.2018 against the respondents 4 and 5. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner is pending and the first respondent will enquire into the matter and pass orders on the complaint given by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
7. Considering the contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.08.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5, as expeditiously as possible.
