Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks to be provided with agricultural electricity connection for the petition mentioned land. The learned standing counsel for the respondents clarifies that if the petitioner is willing to come under 3A tariff, connection will be given. The petitioner is also ready to comply with all the necessary formalities including payment of fees. The petitioner is also ready to furnish no objection from the co-owners. If the petitioner fulfils all the formalities, the fourth respondent is directed to provide agricultural electricity service connection to the petitioner expeditiously and without any delay. 2/4
