The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents particularly third respondent to share the unfair compensation amount as received by the sixth respondent for the development of Tamirabarani Karumeniaaru River Interlinking project to all the female children and all the legal heirs of Esakki Muthu thevar equally by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2025within a time framed as stipulated by this Court.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that with regard to the petitioner's share it was received by the sixth respondent. However he would submit that share entitled by the petitioner cannot be decided by this Court and it has to be decided before the Civil Court.
4. In view of the same, prayer sought for cannot be considered and the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
