PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to withdraw the case in C.C.No. 9 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District and transfer to (*)the Fast Track Court, Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai.

ORDER

The petition has been filed seeking transfer of C.C.No.9 of 2020 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District to the file of the learned (*)Fast Track Court, Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he is the complainant and lodged a compliant for the offence under Section 138 and 147 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, as against the respondent. 3.Both the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent stated that the petitioner as well as the respondent/s are residing at Madurai and particularly, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent stated that he has no objection to transfer the case to the learned (*)Fast Track Court, Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai.

4.In view of the above, C.C.No.9 of 2020, hereby is directed to withdraw from the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham Dindigul District and transfer the same to the file of the learned https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15404 of 2020 (*)Fast Track Court, Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. On receipt of the entire bundle, the learned(*)Fast Track Court, Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai is directed to dispose of the complaint within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the entire bundle.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is allowed.
