ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus direct the third respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.05.2026 and register the case against the accused person.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation seeking action against the proposed accused, who are attempting to grab the petitioner's ancestral property. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's representation was taken on file and the parties were called for enquiry. However, the petitioner has not co-operated for the enquiry.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the third respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2026 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry to be conducted by the third respondent.
