ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file Final Report in Crime No. 67 of 2022 Dated. 28.03.2022 registered under Sections 147, 448, 323, 379 and 506 (i) of IPC. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to file final report in Crime No.67 of 2022 , for the offences under Sections 147, 448, 323, 379 and 506 (i) IPC, on the file of the second respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 67 of 2022 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
