This writ petition has been filed to direct the first and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2020 to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet No.719 of 2012.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would reiterate the contentions raised in the petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents police would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.12.2020 will be considered within a period of four weeks.

WP(MD) No.18937 of 2020 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondents police are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2020, seeking to remove his name from the history sheet No.719 of 2012, in the light of the Police Standing Order and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
