PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue direction, directing the 2nd Respondent herein not to harass the petitioner by trespassing civil disputes and further restrain them not to involve the civil dispute between the petitioner and 3rd respondent by way of compelling petitioner to return the promissory note to the 3rd respondent. 1/4

Side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue direction, directing the 2nd Respondent herein not to harass the petitioner by trespassing in civil disputes and further restrain them not to involve the civil dispute between the petitioner and 3rd respondent by way of compelling petitioner to return the promissory note to the 3rd respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry was conducted and in the enquiry it revealed that it is a money dispute between the parties. Therefore, the parties were advised to approach competent civil Court for relief and the complaint was closed on 24.07.2022. Therefore, there is no question of harassment on the hands of the respondents 1 and 2.
