ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner was working as Junior Engineer in Agricultural Engineering Department. He was issued with charge memo dated 24.09.2010. The petitioner has given explanation way back in the year 2011. Enquiry report was submitted in the year 2013. Show cause notice was issued on 05.05.2015. The petitioner was allowed to retire in the year 2019. But, on account of the non-passing of the final order on the disciplinary proceedings, the petitioner's retirement benefits had not been disbursed. The only request of the petitioner is that the first respondent should pass final order on his disciplinary proceedings. No exception can be taken to this request. The first respondent is directed to pass final orders on the petition mentioned proceedings on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
