2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's son is the history sheeter and he has been arrested by D3 Koodal Puthur Police in a case registered in Crime No. 617 of 2025 for offence under Sections 331 and 305 BNS and remanded to judicial custody on 01.07.2025 by the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and that he is not under illegal detention.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
