ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings No.ser. 3(3)/18908/2020 dated 24.09.2020/21.10.2020 issued by the 1st respondent and consequential communication Na.Ka.A2/11779/2020 dated 22.10.2020 and 05.11.2020 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to promote the petitioners (Sl.No.14 to 16 in the list of Tahsildars for the year 2019 approved in the proceedings Rc.A2/18604/2020 dated 18.06.2020 of the 2nd respondent) as Tahsildars

within the 16 vacancies of Tahsildars approved for the year 2019 in the proceedings No.Ser.3(3)/27481/2019 dated 15.09.2019 of the 1st respondent within a time limit.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
