Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JERIN MATHEW M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP 1/3

(MD)No.10599 of 2023 dated 15.06.2022, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM and 05.30 PM, for a period of four weeks.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court, since he is financially poor.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner, the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.10599 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days, ie., on the first and third Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the other conditions in the said order remains unaltered.
