PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.247 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /Accused, who was arrested on 17.06.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 186, 332, 353 IPC, in Crime No.247 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 17.06.2023 at 3.00p.m., the District Collector, MP and Minister were present at Mohammed Sathak Thasthahir Matriculation School for distributing prizes to the sports players. At that time there was a wordy quarrel between the MP and the Minister, the same was intervened by the District Collector. At that time, the accused had pushed the District Collector, due to which, he fell down in the Sofa. Hence, the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, who is the District Sports and Youth Welfare Officer, Ramanathapuram. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case, on account of previous motive. In this case, investigation has been completed and final report was filed. The petitioner is in custody from 17.06.2023. Hence, prays to release him on bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.12970 of 2023 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that though final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same was not taken on file, the petitioner is having three previous cases at his credit. Hence, prays to dismiss the petition.
5.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the stage of completion of investigation and also considering the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. 7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
