PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.521 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020 on the file of the Respondent No.1 for the offences U/s.294(b), 352, 447, 506 (i) and 379 of IPC and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner. The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No. 521 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the jurisdictional Court. 2/4

3. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh quash petition in accordance with law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
