ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned notice dated 22.06.2023 issued by the third respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent has not considered his objection.

3. The impugned notice itself has been issued only to receive objection if any from the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner shall appear before the third respondent and raise his objections, if any. The 2/4

concerned Surveyor shall conduct an enquiry under Section 10(1) of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act 1923 and take a decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 17.07.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
