Heard Mr.S.Baskar Mathuram, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondent No.1 and Mr.R.Dinesh Babu, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3. 2.Mr.S.Baskar Mathuram, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 211 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case.
3.Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondent No.1 and Mr.R.Dinesh Babu, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 have stated that they have no objection for allowing this petition. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 211 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case is condoned.
