O R D E R
The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider their representations dated 10.09.2020 and 06.06.2026.
2.The petitioners state that agricultural lands were allotted to them by the respondent Corporation on a leave and licence basis for agricultural activities. According to them, the licence was cancelled on 18.06.2025 on the ground that the lands were required for a bio-project. Thereafter, the petitioners submitted representations seeking allotment of alternative agricultural lands. Their grievance is that the representations have not yet been considered.
3.Mr. S. Vinayak, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representations of the petitioners would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed by the 2/4
second respondent within the time fixed by this Court. The said submission is recorded.
4.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 10.09.2020 and 06.06.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
5.The above exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
