ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.01.2016 and further direct him to consider petitioner's request for transfer either to Chinnamanur Block, Theni District Melur Block, Madurai District, Satur Block, Virudhunagar District and in the existing vacancies as mentioned in the petitioner's representation.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

3.According to the petitioner, he was appointed as Health Inspector Grade II and posted at Government PHC, Alligundam, Madurai District. Subsequently, he was transferred as Food Safety Officer in Barugur Block, Krishnagiri District on 23.09.2011 and since then for the past four years, he is working in the same place. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation 13.01.2016 before the respondent seeking for transfer in any one of the places as mentioned in his representation. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

13.01.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
