Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to forbearing the 3rd respondent to initiate actions under the Revenue Recovery Act vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1317/2025/E4 dated 23.06.2025 in pursuance with the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa2/1765/2023 dated 25.07.2023.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus not to initiate recovery proceedings pursuant to the order passed in E.C.No.80 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent dated 11.01.2023.
2. The parties have entered a compromise and a Joint Compromise Memo has been filed . The said compromise memo has been signed by both parties and their respective counsels.
