ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, she was appointed as Clerk in the respondent Corporation and she has been periodically promoted as Senior Assistant after the third review. It is her case that after the third review, an employee is entitled for the post of Superintendent by way of promotion. As her case was not considered by the respondent Corporation, she has submitted a representation dated 04.03.2016 to the respondents seeking for the above said relief. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
