Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction, to call for the Impugned Order under No.U/C 79/NVTS/MNM, dated 31.12.2015, on the file of the 2nd respondent, pertaining to illegal computing of exorbitant amount as arrears and to quash the same as illegal and forbearing the respondents from evicting the petitioner from the Leased shop at Non-Vegetarian Tea Stall at Island Platform No.2 & 3, Manamadurai Railway Station, Sivagangai District by compelling the petitioner to concur for a fee enhancement for the expired period from 01.04.2012 till today and further direct the respondents to renew the petitioner's Lease for the said shop by fixing fair fee for the forthcoming period.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
