This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st Additional District Court, Thoothukudi, to dispose of O.S.No.376 of 2022, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the first defendant in the suit filed by the first respondent seeking for partition and permanent injunction in O.S.No.376 of 2022, on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti. He further submits that the petitioner is an aged person, who is 85 years old and prays for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time.

3.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in O.S.No.376 of 2022, within a period of one [1] year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
