ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 27.03.2025 passed in W.P. (MD)No. 4757 of 2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented before this Court that as against the order of this Court, dated 27.03.2025 passed in W.P.(MD)No. 4757 of 2025, a writ appeal in WA(MD)No.1668 of 2025 has been preferred by the Corporation, wherein the Division Bench of this Court has granted an order of interim stay. 2/4
