PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.187/2023 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506 1/3

(ii) IPC, in Crime No.187 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 24.06.2023 at about 08.30 a.m., due to family dispute the accused/husband had abused and assaulted the defacto complainant/wife with hands and also threatened her with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and not committed any such offence, as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, prays to release him on anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the injured is still taking treatment in hospital and prayed to dismiss the petition. 5.Considering the nature of the case and fact that the injured is still taking treatment in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
