CRL OP(MD). No.13240 of 2023 Since the petitioners could not comply the same, the respondent Police has moved a petition to cancel the anticipatory bail before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti and the same was cancelled. Now, for the second time seeking anticipatory bail this petition has been filed before this Court. 2.Once the anticipatory bail granted by this Court is cancelled, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail for second time.
