Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to grant separate patta in respect of properties in Survey No.442/4 to an extent of 5 acres 46 cents, Survey No.1175/2 to an extent of 3 acres 41 cents and Survey No.1150/1 to an extent of 2 acres 40 cents, situated at Sivalarkulam Village, Alangulam Tlauk, Tirunelveli District in the petitioner's name in the light of the applications dated 06.01.2013, 23.04.2013 and 25.02.2014. ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to grant separate patta in respect of the properties in Survey No.442/4 to an extent of 5 acres 46 cents, Survey No.1175/2 to an extent of 3 acres 41 cents and Survey No.1150/1 to an extent of 2 acres 40 cents, situated at Sivalarkulam Village, Alangulam Tlauk, Tirunelveli District to the petitioner's name in the light of the applications dated 06.01.2013, 23.04.2013 and 25.02.2014. 2.It appears that the petitioner has already approached the respondent and made a representations. Therefore, it is for the respondent to consider the said representations and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

3.Accordingly, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, this Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representations of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
