ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name in the Police Criminal records and issue Fresh Police Verification Report considering 1/4

the petitioner's representation, dated 12.06.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that with regard to the F.I.R registered against the petitioner, investigation has been completed and the same has culminated in laying a charge sheet on 20.09.2018. He fairly conceded that the petitioner's name has already been removed and no other criminal case is pending against the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the fact that in Crime No.246 of 2018, the petitioner's name has been deleted and no other criminal case is pending against the petitioner, the 2nd respondent police is directed to issue a Fresh Police Verification Report in favour of the petitioner forthwith.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. 18.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No 2/4
