This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent police to file FIR against the respondents 3 to 5 based on the order passed in C.M.P.No.309 of 2019 by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Karur, dated 08.02.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15147 of 2020 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that as per direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur, investigation has been completed and the closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned on 21.12.2020. The copy of the closure report was also served to the petitioner on 02.12.2020. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed as misconceived. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Judicial Magistrate concerned for his remedy, if he is aggrieved.
