ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 6 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the allegations stated in the FIR in Crime No. 6 of 2018 are false. There is a civil dispute between the parties. Therefore, the complainant lodged a false complaint against the petitioner. Hence this petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 6 of 2018.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in this case, after investigation, final report had been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai, on 07.07.2018. But, the same has not been taken on file.
