For Petitioners : Mr.K.K.Samy For Respondents : Mr.S.Shanmugavel Additional Government Pleader (In both Writ Petitions) COMMON ORDER Learned Additional Government Pleader had forwarded a communication from the Tahsildar, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District addressed to him which is dated 20.10.2021 in Na.Ka.No.A2/45/2021, a copy of which has been given to the Court, in which the Tahsildar had very specifically stated that the grant of patta or transfer of patta cannot be granted in view of the fact that the lands involved, is in the possession of the receiver of Kottaiyur Naattar.
2. Let an order in this regard be passed by the Tahsildar and communicated to the writ petitioners so that necessary proceedings can be initiated by the petitioners in furtherance to such order. The Tahsildar/fourth respondent is directed to pass necessary orders on or before 03.12.2021 and communicate the same to the petitioners herein. In view of that particular fact, these Writ Petitions are disposed of.
