Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. DHILIPAN PANDIAN.R.L, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Since the petitioner is complied the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
