ORDER

This petition filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.2035 of 2020 from the file of the third respondent to any other investigating agency.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that after registration of the case, no progress has been made so far. The jewels stolen have not been recovered. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is under investigation and the accused person has not been identified so far. After securing the accused person, the investigation will be completed. So far, five witnesses have been examined.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15260 of 2021 and file final report within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After the process, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
