ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and in respect of which, the fourth respondent has given a complaint.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no such complaint has been received or no enquiry is pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.But, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was called upon by the third respondent over phone without making any proper official complaint.

5. It may not be proper on the part of the third respondent to make call to the petitioner without any complaint against him. If any complaint is received in future against the petitioner, the third respondent may take action as per law, but except that no enquiry shall be made.
